Why do men get angry?

We often hear people say that they are getting angry, but they may not really understand why they are getting angry. Why do men get angry? Through understanding, we know that getting angry can be divided into several categories, which are generally caused by internal organs, such as heart fire, stomach fire, lung fire, etc. Different causes of getting angry will cause different symptoms. The following will give you a detailed introduction to the symptoms of various causes of getting angry.

1. Main categories of internal heat

1. Heart Fire

There are two types of fire: deficiency fire and excess fire. Deficiency fire is manifested by low fever, sweating, irritability, dry mouth, etc.; excess fire is manifested by recurrent oral ulcers, swollen and painful gums, dry mouth, short and dark urine, irritability, etc.

2. Lung Fire

The main symptoms are dry cough with little sputum, blood in sputum, sore throat, hoarseness, hot flashes and sweating.

3. Stomach Fire

There are two types of fire: deficiency fire and excess fire. Deficiency fire is manifested by mild cough, poor appetite, constipation, abdominal distension, red tongue, and little coating; excess fire is manifested by upper abdominal discomfort, dry and bitter mouth, dry and hard stools, and yellow and greasy tongue coating.

4. Liver Fire

We often call people who are easily emotionally agitated "hot-tempered". In fact, the physical condition commonly known as "hot-tempered" also has the following symptoms: dry mouth, bitter taste in the mouth, bad breath, headache, dizziness, dry eyes, unstable sleep, stuffy body, thick tongue coating, etc.

5. Kidney Fire

The main symptoms are dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, tooth loss, restless sleep, hot sensation in the five parts of the body, weight loss, and pain in the waist and legs.

Fire can be divided into real fire and virtual fire. Real fire refers to the syndrome of excessive heat due to yang heat. Liver, gallbladder, and stomach and intestines are the most common real fire. Symptoms include high fever, headache, red eyes, thirst for cold drinks, irritability, abdominal distension and pain, constipation, yellow urine, red tongue with yellow dry or prickly coating, rapid pulse, and even vomiting blood and nose bleeding. In treatment, the principles and methods of controlling fire with bitter and cold herbs, clearing away heat and detoxifying, and purging to eliminate real fire should be adopted. Virtual fire is mostly caused by internal injuries and overwork. For example, long-term illness depletes the essence and qi, and overwork can lead to visceral disorders, weakness, and internal heat, which in turn turns into virtual fire.

According to different pathogenesis, deficiency fire is generally further divided into two types: Yin deficiency fire and Qi deficiency fire.

Yin deficiency and excessive fire are often manifested as hot flashes all over the body, night sweats, weight loss, dry mouth and throat, fever in the five hearts, restlessness, red tongue without coating, and weak pulse. The treatment should be based on the principle of promoting body fluid and nourishing blood, nourishing Yin and reducing fire. Qi deficiency and excessive fire are manifested by dryness and heat all over the body, especially in the morning and before noon, fear of cold and wind, preference for heat and fear of cold, fatigue and weakness, shortness of breath and laziness, continuous spontaneous sweating, clear urine and loose stools, large and weak pulse, pale tongue with thin coating. The treatment should be based on the principle of tonifying the middle and replenishing Qi, strengthening the kidney and invigorating Yang, and removing heat with sweet and warm medicine.

It is very important to analyze the deficiency and excess of internal heat and to use targeted medicine. In addition, some foods that can reduce internal heat can also be tried, but they also need to be used according to the symptoms. For example, lotus seed soup can reduce heart heat, pig liver can reduce lung heat, green bean porridge can reduce stomach heat, pear juice can reduce liver heat, and pig kidneys can reduce kidney heat.
