Varicitis is mainly an infection of the ejaculatory duct or other tissues (including blood vessels, lymphatic vessels or connective tissues), usually secondary to prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, especially epididymitis. Simple varicocele is rare, and is often caused by the spread of infection in other parts of the urinary system. Typical symptoms The onset is acute, with more pronounced local pain, which can radiate along the flexor flexor to the groin, and even to the upper toes or lower abdomen. Key clinical symptoms The surface skin is red and itchy, the spermatozoa are enlarged and thickened in a hammer-shaped or cord-like manner, there is obvious dull pain, and the ejaculatory duct is unclear. If a cyst is produced, there may be a sense of fluctuation. The spermatic cord starts from the groin, runs obliquely inward and downward, opens the scrotum, and ends at the edge of the male testicle. It is a soft round cord that suspends the male testicle and epididymal cyst. After getting spermatic cord inflammation, the inflammation can cause the spermatic cord to enlarge, thicken, and swell. When it adheres to the surrounding tissues, it may cause scrotal swelling and pain, lower abdominal pain, and traction pain in the vulva. If the infection is more serious, there will also be systemic reactions such as fever and headache. There are also some symptoms that are similar to those of spermatic corditis, such as pain in the scrotum, perineum and lower abdomen, which should be differentiated in many aspects. Such symptoms include varicocele, hydrocele of the spermatic flexure, tuberculosis of the spermatic flexure or epididymis, testicular torsion and traumatic abscess, scrotal filariasis, spermatic flexure tumor, etc. After the diagnosis is confirmed, treatment can be started. Medical and health care For the treatment of varicocele, the following treatments are available: 1. Systemic antibiotics. 2. Use a scrotal support to lift the scrotum, and apply heat and acupuncture therapy in various aspects. 3. For diffuse varicocele caused by vasectomy, 12.5 mg of glacial chlortetracycline acetate, 80,000 liters of gentamicin, plus 3-5 ml of 1% procaine (add 5 mg of chymotrypsin if necessary) can be injected locally once a week, and generally 3-5 times will be effective. 4. Prevent sexual excitement and strictly prohibit sexual intercourse between couples to relieve excessive hematoma and partial damage of male reproductive organs. 5. Avoid spicy food, fried food and other hot food during the treatment period |
