Why is my scrotum always wet?

Why is my scrotum always wet?

It seems that many people have such a problem. The wet scrotum has puzzled male friends for a long time. When you reach out your hand between your legs, it is wet! I think that feeling is really not good. The so-called scrotal moisture is generally just a symptom, not a symptom, because it does not directly cause health harm to you. Generally, scrotal moisture is mostly caused by the following factors.

1. Pathological factors: It is possible that the patient suffers from chronic prostatitis. The male prostate gland is close to the seminal vesicle and the ejaculatory duct. After infection and inflammation, the bacteria will gradually slide down the ejaculatory duct and enter the scrotum, destroying the nerve regulation function and causing it to become disordered. Once the nerve regulation nerve function is disordered, the endocrine system of the sebaceous gland will also be affected immediately, resulting in an imbalance between sweat secretion and evaporation, causing local dampness and itching.

2. Food and clothing factors: wearing underwear improperly or often wearing damp underwear. This has a great impact on the scrotum. For example, many underwear on the market have two layers in the front, which tightly wraps the scrotum and greatly increases the temperature of the scrotum. Summer is more likely to cause scrotal moisture; often wearing damp underwear will also cause abnormal dampness in the scrotum, and even cause some physiological symptoms.

What are the common symptoms of scrotal dampness in men?

1. Subacute onset symptoms: The scrotal skin is often red, itchy, and has papules. If the itching is severe, the bright red skin may be exposed.

2. Acute symptoms: severe itching of the scrotum, loss of appetite and diet, sticky stools, yellow urine, and sometimes blisters and slight erosion.

3. Chronic symptoms: Itching occurs intermittently, and itching worsens when one is nervous, anxious, drinks alcohol, or eats spicy food. The scrotal skin feels hard, and the skin surface is brown or purple-brown in color. This is a male disease. People who are fat or sweat easily are more likely to suffer from this disease, and it is more common in middle-aged and elderly male patients.
