There is a circle of small particles on the coronal groove of the glans penis

Men's health must be of concern to everyone in today's society, because there are many factors in daily life that may affect men's health in having babies. Especially if some men have sex with strange women all the time, they are likely to get some infectious diseases, such as syphilis and gonorrhea. However, some men suddenly notice that there are many small particles on the glans of their penis. What is the reason? Let's take a look.

What are the small particles around the glans penis?

If there is a circle of small particles around the glans penis and it is not painful or itchy, consider the possibility of pearly rash. Pearly papules are a physiological growth and development gene variation of the body, and may also be related to foreskin growth.

Pearly rash (Hirsuties papillaris genitalis), also known as genital pearly papules, coronal sulcus or glans papules, is also called hairy genitals or multi-papillary genitals by scientists. At present, most scientists believe that it is a normal physiological genetic variation, so it will not affect health, nor will it be transmitted and spread through sexual intercourse.

Causes

The cause and prevalence of male genital pearly papules are not clear. Some scientists believe that this symptom is a physiological growth and development abnormality. Some scientists believe that it is related to the length of the foreskin. The survey found that the prevalence of male genital pearly papules in young men with long foreskin is significantly higher than that in normal men with long foreskin. Some scholars also believe that this symptom may be related to HPV infection, but Ferenczy et al. and Shen Kaijin et al. tested HPV in the diseased tissue and found no HPV. The author observed that the patient's long foreskin, poor local hygiene, long-term irritation of secretions and stains in the coronal sulcus, or other factors such as infection may cause local swelling and other inflammatory sensations, which may be the direct cause of this symptom.

If a patient with pearly rash requires medical treatment, the following types of treatment can be used:

(1) Laser therapy

Advantages: Laser surgery is a high-temperature treatment, with a temperature of over 700°C. The key is to carbonize and scar the pearly tissue. After the scab falls off, the wound is covered by newly formed spherical epithelial cells. A carbon dioxide laser generator is generally used to treat pearly rash, with a wavelength of 10.6μm infrared light. The preparation before treatment is the same as that of electric ironing. In addition to the thermoelectric effect, its advantages also include pressure, photochemical reaction and magnetic field effects. Therefore, in terms of treatment, it has anti-inflammatory (stimulating the body to produce extremely strong defensive immune function), analgesic (dissipating tissue edema, reducing acid and reflex stimulation to peripheral nerves) and promoting tissue repair (enhancing the metabolism of squamous epithelial cells, promoting epithelial cell proliferation, and accelerating wound repair), so the treatment speed is fast and the cure rate is high.

Disadvantages: It is expensive, and imported laser cutting equipment is expensive, so the cost of removing pearl rash is also high and it is very easy to flare up. After the operation, you need to change the dressing regularly to prevent infection until you recover.

(2) Cold storage therapy

Advantages: Refrigeration therapy is a low-temperature treatment. The cooling source is liquid nitrogen, and the temperature is -196℃. During treatment, choose the appropriate camera according to the condition of the pearl rash. To improve the efficacy, you can use the freeze-thaw-freeze method, that is, refrigerate for 1 minute, warm for 3 minutes, and refrigerate for 1 minute. Its advantage is that it is easy to use.

Disadvantages: The disadvantage is that liquid nitrogen sprays out gas, the total area cannot be controlled, and it is very easy to cause blisters, infection and scarring after freezing. It is not as well-known as laser treatment.

In addition to the two treatment methods mentioned above, there is another treatment method that can be chosen, which is the general medication treatment. This can make the pearl rash die quickly and fall off. The whole treatment process is relatively easy, and it is all external plasters, and there will be no side effects. However, the whole treatment process takes longer than the above two methods.
