Red spots on foreskin

What is the reason for the small red spots on the foreskin? Why are there small red spots on the foreskin? What is the reason for the small red spots on the foreskin? Experts believe that the small red spots on the foreskin are typical symptoms of balanitis. Balanitis includes subacute atrophic balanitis, candidal balanitis, candidal balanitis, and annular rupture balanitis. Let's take a look at the details:

Balanitis can be divided into four types according to the different symptoms:

1. Subacute atrophic balanitis: At the beginning, the area is partially red, with small red spots on the glans penis. The skin of the male genitals is red and swollen, and the glans penis feels hot and itchy. When the foreskin is opened, it can be seen that the foreskin is bloody and eroded inside and on the glans penis, with exudate or even bleeding. After secondary infection, small ulcers and milky white purulent secretions with a foul odor can be seen. If it rubs against underwear, it will be painful, and the patient often has difficulty in moving. It may be accompanied by swelling and tenderness of the cervical lymph nodes.

2. Candida albicans balanitis: There are small red spots on the foreskin and the glans penis, the surface is smooth, and there are small blisters. The edges of the erythema are clear. In subacute onset, there will be erosion and exudate.

3. Candidal balanoposthitis: papules and small red spots appear on the glans penis, which gradually expand with clear edges. Small blisters the size of a needle tube can be seen on the erythema, and eventually an erosive surface is produced.

4. Annular rupture of balanoposthitis: small red spots appear on the glans penis and on the foreskin, which gradually expand and become ring-shaped, and may produce atrophic purulent spots.

Common glans penis diseases in men

In fact, this kind of symptom is neither a tumor nor a sexually transmitted disease. Doctors and experts have confirmed through pathological sections that its structure is normal connective tissue hyperplasia. In medicine, it is named pearly genital papules.

The cause of pearly male genital papules has not been confirmed, and the key point of view depends on the location and shape of the rash. There is no specific treatment for this disease, and no treatment is required. The most important thing for people with this disease is to understand this disease and get rid of fear and anxiety. This disease has no effect on physical and mental health and the endocrine system of male genitals.

Leukoplakia

White spots of different shapes may appear on the glans penis, some are pure white, some are whiter, painless or itchy, with a smooth surface and no other rashes. The melanin around them is often darker than the normal skin color.

There is no specific treatment for the disease, but it is usually cured without treatment.

Because leukoplakia of the glans penis is related to the diffuse irritation of urine scale, and leukoplakia may worsen, those with redundant foreskin or leukoplakia of the glans penis with long foreskin should undergo circumcision as soon as possible.

Proliferative erythema

The main manifestation is the appearance of single or multiple erythema on the glans penis, which can be annular, ring-shaped or irregular, with clear boundaries, slightly raised and hard, and bright surface. Sometimes there will be erosion, scarring or papillary hyperplasia. This disease may not change for many years, or it may become a disease.

The cause of erythema proliferatum is unclear, but it mainly occurs in the foreskin, so it is believed to be related to the foreskin and urine scale irritation. The editor has performed circumcision on several patients with this disease, and the erythema of many of them disappeared naturally. Therefore, patients with this disease should basically remove the foreskin. There is no definite recommendation for the treatment of erythema proliferatum at this stage. Some doctors believe that the foreskin should be removed and closely observed; some doctors believe that the lesion should be refrigerated or X-rayed directly.
