3. Take more vitamin B6. 4. Vitamin E is an anticoagulant that promotes blood circulation throughout the body, including the sexual organs. It can also help the production of the prostate. This fatty acid can help the uterus contract during sexual intercourse.

5. Eat more yellow, green and orange fruits and vegetables rich in B-carotene. The body will convert B-carotene into vitamin A as needed, and vitamin A is necessary for the production of sex hormones (for women, vitamin A can eliminate the negative effects of estrogen - too much estrogen will reduce sexual desire.)
