1. Massage 3 acupoints

By stimulating three acupoints, local blood circulation can be improved, inflammation and heat stroke, which are common in autumn and winter, can be prevented, and immunity can be enhanced. These three acupoints are Dazhui (below the most prominent vertebra behind the neck when the head is lowered), Quchi (the outer end of the elbow crease formed by bending the elbow to a right angle, and then 1.5 inches outward), and Fengmen (two joints down from Dazhui, and then one and a half fingers to the left and right). You can use the middle finger to massage each acupoint for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Vitamin supplement

Vitamins play an important role in the human immune system. The number and vitality of various immune cells in the body when resisting foreign invasion are related to vitamins. Therefore, in the autumn and winter cold season, don't forget to take vitamin C tablets every day. You can also eat more fresh vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C, such as kiwis and oranges. In order to keep the respiratory mucosa moist, you should also supplement vitamin A. The best sources are fennel, carrots and cabbage. In addition, eat a handful of walnut kernels or sunflower seeds regularly, which are rich in vitamin E.

3. Eat an onion every day

Taking onion juice with added sugar can enhance the body's resistance. Onions contain a large amount of natural antibiotics with strong bactericidal ability. They have killing and inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Diphtheria, Shigella, Tuberculosis, Escherichia coli, etc. Scientific experiments have shown that raw onions have better anti-immune effects than cooked onions. If you chew raw onions for 3 minutes, you can kill all the bacteria in your mouth. Of course, it is still necessary to eat a piece of chewing gum after taking it.
