Penis and testicle cooling

Penis and testicle cooling

Cold penis and testicles are closely related to poor libido, which means that the blood circulation in the testicles is not smooth, resulting in the inability of the body's heat to be transferred to the penis and testicles. Therefore, you can increase your libido appropriately in normal times, and promote blood circulation in the testicles through massage. In addition to poor libido, cold penis and testicles may also be caused by abnormalities in the function of the testicles themselves.

1. What is the cause of cold testicles?

It is generally believed that testicular coldness is related to poor sexual desire. Testicular coldness indicates poor blood circulation and blood supply, which means that your sexual desire is very poor. If your sexual desire is very strong, your penis is often congested. The blood has a temperature of at least 36.5 degrees. If it is not congested for a long time, or blood stasis accumulates there, the penis will definitely become cold. In addition, testicular coldness may also be caused by genital infection. Male friends also need to pay attention to the fact that prostatitis can cause male scrotal moisture, causing patients to feel testicular coldness.

2. Function of testicles

From adolescence to old age, the testicles have the function of producing sperm, but after the age of 45, the ability to produce sperm gradually weakens. Some congenital and acquired factors can reduce the spermatogenic function of the testicles and even lead to male infertility.

The hormones secreted by the testicles are mainly male hormones. Among the male hormones, testosterone has the strongest biological activity and is the most important. The main functions of testosterone are to affect embryonic differentiation, promote the development of internal reproductive organs, maintain spermatogenesis, stimulate the growth of accessory organs and maintain sexual desire. It also has a great impact on metabolism.

3. Are the testicles the same size?

In normal men, the size of the testicles on both sides is not exactly the same. According to statistics, the right testicle is slightly larger than the left testicle. The average length, width and thickness of the testicle is 3.38cm x 2.37cm x 1.78cm for the right side and 3.30cm x 2.27cm x 1.71cm for the left side. Even for people in the same age group, it is normal for the testicles on both sides of the male to be different in size. However, in adult males, if the volume of the testicle is more than 15ml, its function is normal.

Normal testicles are not the same size, but the difference is not too big. If the size of the two testicles was similar in the past, and one testicle suddenly becomes significantly larger recently, you should go to the hospital for examination immediately. If the testicle is enlarged without any symptoms, you should consider the possibility of testicular tumors and should check it immediately. Don't be careless.

What are the diseases of the testicles?

1. Redness and swelling behind the "diamond" - epididymitis

The epididymis is located around the posterior edge of the testicles, where sperm is temporarily stored after production. Epididymitis is common in people around 30 years old, mostly due to bacterial infection of the urinary tract that has not healed, causing the bacteria to enter the epididymis through the lumen of the vas deferens. It often occurs with posterior urethritis, prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, etc.

2. Bacteria erode the "diamond" - orchitis

It is usually caused by direct spread of epididymitis to the testicles, which is caused by bacteria. Acute orchitis in children is usually caused by the mumps virus.

3. Excess fluid - scrotal cyst

It is caused by an overproduction of tissue water between the membrane layers surrounding one or both testicles. Sometimes it occurs after a testicular injury or orchitis, but in most cases no cause can be found.

4. External injury caused by the accident - testicular bruise

When the testicles are injured, there will be local swelling and bruising. Because the scrotal skin is loose, the blood flow to the testicles is abundant, so it is very easy to cause blood swelling and infection after injury. Vigorous exercise, sexual behavior, and violence can sometimes cause strong contraction of the levator testis muscle, making the testicles "worse". After trauma, if the blood vessels that supply nutrients to the testicles are severely damaged, they will atrophy and necrotize, causing impotence or sexual dysfunction.

5. A tumor that challenges the body: testicular cancer

Testicular cancer is one of the most common cancers in young men. According to statistics, the incidence of testicular cancer in men is 7 in 100,000, and it is increasing year by year. The cause is usually the metastasis of malignant tumors. Your examination: Before the cancer turns into pain or discomfort in the scrotum without any warning, most of them are accidentally touched when taking a bath. If the swelling is hard, you should seek medical attention immediately. A small number of people may have acute orchitis, which causes the testicles to be red, swollen, hot and painful, and the whole body to be chilly.
