Is phimosis easy to treat?

For any man, the penis is an important reproductive organ. However, some diseases can easily lead to reproductive diseases, affecting sperm quality or erectile dysfunction. At this time, it will not only affect the sex between couples, but also lead to infertility. Of course, in addition to diseases, the penis will also phimosis during the growth process. So, is phimosis easy to treat?

There are two types of penis phimosis, one is false phimosis and the other is true phimosis. In the case of false phimosis, the glans penis can be exposed by pulling down the foreskin during erection, and it can even break out automatically during erection. In the case of true phimosis, the foreskin always covers the glans penis. After the age of 3, the foreskin still cannot be turned over to the coronal sulcus. Sometimes the foreskin opening is very small and may hinder the development of the penis. When urinating, urine accumulates in the foreskin, making the foreskin swell like a ball.

If the smegma in the foreskin is not cleaned, it will become foreskin stones, and may even become a carcinogen, inducing penile cancer. The opening of the foreskin is as narrow as a pinhole, which is called a pinhole penis. It may cause urination difficulties and even cause hydronephrosis. Severe foreskin may also be unable to return to its original position after turning up during sexual intercourse.

After stretching the excessive foreskin, cut the entire layer of foreskin on the back of the penis. The length of the cut should be such that the foreskin can be easily turned up. Then a few stitches are added and the operation is completed. The operation can be completed in ten minutes, the effect is very reliable, and the recovery after the operation is also relatively fast.

Circumcision is to remove the foreskin that is too long, that is, to make a straight cut on the back of the penis, and then cut a circle of excess foreskin horizontally. Prepuce is too long refers to the situation that after a man reaches adulthood, the penis skin covers the glans penis, so that the glans penis cannot be fully exposed. It can be divided into true prepuce and false prepuce. True prepuce is that the glans penis cannot be fully exposed even after the penis is erected; false prepuce is that the glans penis cannot be fully exposed at ordinary times, but it can be fully exposed after the penis is erected. Phimosis means that the foreskin completely covers the glans penis, and the glans penis cannot be exposed at any time.
