Men's testicles itching

Men's testicles itching

It is a common symptom for men to have itchy testicles. It is mainly caused by men not paying attention to skin hygiene. Especially in summer, the testicles are prone to sweating, which causes bacteria to grow and lead to testicular eczema and itching. In addition to testicular eczema, it may also be caused by sexually transmitted diseases such as condyloma acuminatum. I hope men will pay attention to sexual hygiene issues.

Scrotal eczema

If the lower part is itchy for a long time, it is more likely to be scrotal eczema. The patient may have a damp-heat and allergic constitution, which is prone to recurring attacks. It is best to seek medical attention in time. After diagnosis, oral wet-du-clearing capsules and loratadine tablets are used for treatment, combined with external use of pevisone cream or halometasone cream, and spicy, greasy and other irritating foods are avoided.

Skin allergies

Itching in the lower body may also be caused by skin allergies. A small number of men with allergic constitutions may develop dermatitis reactions such as erythema and papules on the skin in contact with the underwear because the clothes are close to the skin and the area is easily soaked by sweat, causing itching. Some men who use condoms may also develop contact dermatitis due to rubber allergies.

It may be glansitis, which will cause penile itching. It may also be folliculitis, which will cause unbearable itching in the lower body. Avoid spicy food, low-fat diet, apply erythromycin ointment, take oral antibiotics and wash frequently with hot water. Do not squeeze to prevent the spread of infection.

Foreskin is too long or phimosis

If the foreskin is too long or the foreskin is phimosis, a large amount of skin scale may accumulate in the coronal sulcus of the foreskin, which may cause chronic and severe diseases and easily lead to condyloma acuminatum. Therefore, there will be a local itching sensation. It may also cause bacterial infection to the spouse, so be careful.

Bacterial infection

It may be penis itching, which is caused by pathogen infection such as Candida albicans infection, trichomonas, bacteria, etc., which cause itching and discomfort, and can also cause symptoms such as peeling and erythema in the penis. You can wash it with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, and then apply antibiotic ointment, commonly used is compound ketoconazole ointment. While performing local treatment, oral or injection antibiotics are required.
