Food The foods you can choose include sesame, glutinous rice, mung bean, lotus root, watercress, Chinese cabbage, black fungus, white fungus, tofu, sugar cane, plum, peach, watermelon, cucumber, lily, yam, squid, turtle, sea cucumber, abalone, crab, milk, oyster, clam, jellyfish, duck, pork skin, etc. These foods are mostly sweet and cold in nature, and have the effect of nourishing the body's yin. They can be appropriately combined with yin-tonifying medicinal diets for targeted conditioning. People with yin deficiency and excessive fire should eat less spicy food, eat less hot pot, and don't eat too much chicken. They should also eat less steamed, fried, stir-fried, and roasted foods. Floating wheat and lamb tripe soup: Put 30g of floating wheat in a clean small cloth bag, wash and cut 50g of sheep tripe into pieces, add appropriate amount of water, simmer until cooked, remove the cloth bag, season, eat the tripe and drink the soup, eat it several times a day. Use for 5-10 days, it has the effect of strengthening the spleen and stopping sweating. It is also effective for asthenia. 5. Loach soup: Take about 100 grams of loach, wash off the mucus with warm water, open the abdomen and clean the intestines, fry with oil until yellow, add one and a half bowls of water, fry for 30 minutes, season with salt, and eat it in several times within one day.
