How to Cook Squid on Teppanyaki Plate

Ingredients:

3 shredded squid 3 hot peppers

1 onion and 6 garlic sprouts

Ginger and peanut oil

1 spoon of Lao Gan Ma 1 spoon of chili oil

1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine 1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 spoon of Pixian bean paste and appropriate amount of Muran powder

Recipe method:

1. Wash and cut the shredded squid you bought and place them on a plate!

2. Boil water in a pot, put the squid in the pot and blanch it to remove the fishy smell. It will take one to two minutes!

3. Take it out immediately and rinse it with cold water, then drain it and set aside!

4. Wash the garlic shoots, onions, hot peppers, ginger, etc., cut the garlic into sections, slice the onions and hot peppers, and cut the ginger into shreds. Put them on a plate and set aside!

5. Prepare a small bowl and mix the seasonings first. Add one spoon each of soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, Lao Gan Ma, and bean paste and mix well!

6. Heat the pan, pour in cooking oil, add ginger shreds and stir-fry, then add squid and fry for a while, then add cooking oil and seasonings, then add garlic moss and stir-fry for two minutes, then add chili peppers and stir-fry for two minutes, then add squid shreds and stir-fry for one minute, then pour in a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry for two minutes, finally sprinkle with a little Muran powder!

7. After frying, place it on a plate for later use. Remember not to overcook it, because it will be cooked again when you pour it into the iron plate!

8. Put the iron plate on the gas stove, turn on the fire and heat the iron plate until it is almost red, pour in peanut oil, add onions and fry for a while, turn off the heat. Then pour in the fried squid shreds and it's done!

9. Take two thicker pieces of cloth, wet them completely, and wrap them around the two sides of the iron plate. The oil on the iron plate will splash everywhere, so be careful when you take it out and place it on the wooden board. Don't let the oil splash onto yourself!

Please note that when frying the squid, you only need to fry it briefly. There is one last step. You need to take two pieces of thick cloth and wet them thoroughly. Then wrap them around the sides of the iron plate and carefully bring it out. Don't let the water splash onto you!

4. Pour a spoonful of cooking wine, appropriate amount of shredded ginger, pepper salt and white pepper, then add a spoonful each of soybean paste and Sichuan spicy sauce

5. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate for a while

6. After taking out, use bamboo or metal skewers to string them together for later use

7. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little cooking oil, and put the marinated squid skewers into the pan.

8. Heat over medium heat and press the squid skewers repeatedly with a spatula to squeeze out the moisture.
