What is an allergy?

People with allergic constitutions often inherit their allergies from their parents. People with allergic constitutions mainly have symptoms such as allergic rhinitis, allergic bronchial asthma and allergic dermatitis. Generally, people who are prone to allergic reactions and allergic diseases but cannot find the cause of the disease are called "allergic constitutions". Eating more foods rich in vitamins can enhance the body's immune system. Cabbage and citrus fruits can resist allergies and should be eaten more in daily life. 2. Have good living habits

Use hot water to wash your face and brush your teeth, and change your clothes frequently. Wash and dry pillows, sheets, and quilts that often cause skin allergies frequently. Avoid places with high pollen concentrations or places that are painted. Avoid contact with allergens in daily life.

3. Exercise to enhance immunity

Regular and appropriate exercise to relax the body and mind, combined with a medicated diet to enhance immunity, has a significant effect on improving allergic constitution.
