If small white blisters grow on the penis, you need to consider some genital inflammation. For example, for men, if they suffer from vulvitis or balanitis, some white blisters will appear on the penis. Naturally, this condition will cause great harm to men's health, so men need to understand the real reason so that they can receive timely treatment. Many patients develop erythema or small papules on the glans of the penis and suspect that they have a sexually transmitted disease. When they go to the doctor, they find out that it is balanoposthitis (glanvical balanitis). In fact, balanoposthitis is a common disease. Balanoposthitis is divided into balanoposthitis and glansitis. Because they often appear at the same time, it is called penile balanoposthitis. This inflammation can be infectious or non-infectious. Infectious balanoposthitis is more common in clinical practice. Infectious ones are often caused by unclean sexual intercourse, infection with Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Gonorrhea or other bacteria; non-infectious factors are mostly due to excessive foreskin and insufficient cleaning, which causes the accumulation of unclean substances between the foreskin and the glans penis, namely smegma, which irritates the local foreskin and mucous membrane and causes inflammation. Common clinical types of balanitis include the following, and their symptoms are: (1) Acute superficial balanoposthitis is characterized by local redness at the onset, redness and swelling of the penis skin, and a burning and itching sensation at the glans. When the foreskin is turned back, the inner surface of the foreskin and the glans can be seen to be congested and eroded, with exudate and even bleeding. After secondary infection, small ulcers can be seen, with foul-smelling milky white purulent secretions. If rubbed against underwear, it will be painful, and the patient often has difficulty in moving. It may be accompanied by enlargement and tenderness of the inguinal lymph nodes. (2) Annular ulcerated balanoposthitis: Red spots can be seen on the glans and foreskin. They gradually expand and become ring-shaped, and may form superficial ulcers. (3) Candida albicans balanoposthitis: Erythema can be seen on the foreskin and glans, with a smooth surface and small blisters. The edges of the erythema are clear, and there are erosions and exudates during acute attacks. The above is an analysis of the causes of white blisters on the penis, as well as the symptoms of balanitis during childbirth. Therefore, male friends can have a comprehensive understanding to see if their genitals also have this problem, so that they can solve it in a timely and effective manner to reduce the impact and harm caused by this reproductive disease. |
