5. Shake the waist muscles: Press the waist with the base of both palms and shake up and down quickly 15-20 times;

6. Tap the lumbar sacral area: Hold your fists with both hands, use the fists to tap the lumbar sacral area rhythmically and alternately. Pay attention to using the wrists to exert force, and tap lightly from top to bottom, repeatedly tapping 1530 times. Knowing that massaging the waist can strengthen and replenish the kidneys, rubbing the waist frequently in summer can also prevent and treat low back pain caused by dampness, expand the rich capillary network in the local skin, promote blood circulation, and improve waist muscle endurance.
