190cm standard weight male

I believe everyone is more concerned about their body shape, because if the body shape is good, then the overall temperament image will be better. Of course, one of the prerequisites for a good body shape is that the weight meets the standard. The standard weight is generally calculated by weight and height. So, for men with a height of 190cm, what methods can be used to calculate their standard weight?

1. Broca's formula:

For those under 165cm in height: standard weight (kg) = height (cm) - 100

For those who are over 165cm tall: Standard weight (kg) = height (cm) - 110

2. Calculation formula for standard weight for Asians:

Professor Katsura of Kyoto University in Japan proposed the following calculation formula based on Broca's formula:

Standard weight (kg) = [height (cm) - 100] × 0.9

Note: The calculation results of this formula are suitable for the specific situation of Asians.

3. Formula specifically for the Chinese people divided into north and south regions:

Ideal weight for northerners (kg) = [height (cm) - 150] × 0.6 + 50;

The ideal weight for southerners (kg) = [height (cm) - 150] × 0.6 + 48.

4. Other calculation methods

1. Calculation method 1:

Body mass index = weight (kg) ÷ height (m) squared kg/m^2

Formula: BMI = weight/(height)^2

Normal weight: Body mass index = 18.5 - 25 (Chinese physical fitness standard: normal range 18.5~23.9, overweight 24.0~27.9, obesity ≥28.0)

Overweight: BMI = 25 - 30

Mild obesity: BMI> 30

Moderate obesity: BMI > 35

Severe obesity: BMI > 40

2. Calculation method 2:

Standard weight = height (m) × height (m) × standard coefficient (20 for women, 22 for men)

Normal weight is within plus or minus 10% of standard weight

The standard weight is plus or minus 10% to 20% is considered overweight or underweight

A standard weight of plus or minus 20% or more is considered obese or underweight

3. Calculation method three:

Standard weight (kg) = height (cm) - 105

For example, for a man who is 170 cm tall, his standard weight should be: 170 (cm) - 105 = 65 (kg). Anyone who is 10% above the standard weight is considered overweight, and anyone who is 20% above the standard weight is considered obese; anyone who is 10% below the standard weight is considered underweight, and anyone who is 20% below the standard weight is considered underweight.

Note: The above calculation method is only applicable to adults. It is not applicable to children, the elderly, or people who are too short.
