Varicose veins, thigh pain

Varicose veins, thigh pain

Varicose veins are a common clinical disease. It is also one of the types of varicose veins. Varicose veins mainly occur in men, and the incidence rate is relatively high. This situation will also affect the quality of sperm. If a man has varicocele, the symptoms are also more obvious. Some men may have pain in the thigh root. So what is the cause of varicocele thigh root pain?

1. Thigh pain is related to varicocele. If the disease is severe, it will affect sperm quality and cause infertility. If it is severe, surgical treatment should be considered. Varicose veins are caused by venous valve insufficiency, which leads to poor venous blood return and local congestion. It will cause severe swelling and discomfort. So the symptom you mentioned is neuropathic pain. The treatment of varicocele requires B-ultrasound examination to clarify the severity. If it is mild, it can be treated with oral medication. If it is moderate or severe, surgery is still required.

2. Leg pain is related to varicose veins. It is recommended to rest more and massage the legs frequently to help blood circulation. Avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time. Also avoid smoking, alcohol, and spicy foods. Leg pain is caused by nerve reflexes after varicocele. Because the perineal nerves and leg nerves meet at the posterior wall of the pelvis and enter the cauda equina, perineal discomfort can easily lead to lower limb pain.

3. Young men have stronger sexual functions and the blood supply to the scrotal contents is strong. Therefore, some varicocele may gradually disappear with age. In addition, standing for a long time and increasing abdominal pressure are also factors that cause the disease, so sometimes there will be leg pain. In addition, retroperitoneal tumors, kidney tumors, hydronephrosis, etc. compress the spermatic vein and can cause symptomatic or secondary varicocele. The primary one disappears quickly when lying flat, while the secondary one often does not disappear or disappears very slowly.
