Read and keep the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Product-specific instructions take priority over this general guide. If instructions, a required warning, or an important specification are missing, contact us before use.

Before every use

Inspect equipment for damage, wear, loose parts, cracks, tears, or insecure attachments. Stop using an item that appears damaged or defective. Do not improvise repairs, exceed stated limits, or use an accessory with equipment it is not designed to fit.

Light fitness equipment

Use equipment on a stable, clear surface with enough room to move safely. Start within your ability and follow the product's setup and usage instructions. Keep bands and tensioned equipment away from the face, check anchors and connections, and keep others clear during use. Stop if equipment slips, loosens, or behaves unexpectedly.

Outdoor equipment

Plan for conditions and use gear only for the activity stated in its instructions. Everyday straps, clips, packs, and accessories must not be treated as climbing, rescue, life-support, or fall-protection equipment unless they are specifically designed and documented for that use. No generic water-resistance statement should be treated as a guarantee of submersion protection.

Care and storage

Follow the item's cleaning and storage guidance. Allow wet items to dry as instructed. Store equipment away from children, pets, excessive heat, and conditions that can weaken its materials. Check age, load, sizing, and material warnings on the individual product.

Report a problem

If a product fails, appears unsafe, or causes an incident, stop use and contact us with the product name, order number, and a description. Keep the item for investigation unless retaining it would be unsafe. You can also search official U.S. recall notices at CPSC.gov/Recalls. Do not resume use of a recalled product unless the official recall remedy permits it.
