How to clean the prostate?

As people's health awareness increases, more and more men pay attention to their physical health, especially men who are under a lot of stress. They are very likely to suffer from prostate diseases. Especially with the increase of age, many people do not pay attention to their living habits. Once suffering from prostate disease, it is very harmful to the body. Prostate disease cannot be cured by injections and medication alone. Regular prostate cleaning is a good choice. So how to clean the prostate?

After the prostate is infected with bacteria, it produces an inflammatory reaction and a large amount of purulent secretions. The prostate tubules are very small, and these purulent secretions can easily block the tubules in the prostate, slowly forming pus scabs that block the prostate tubules. Even if the pathogens can be killed by drugs, it cannot solve the problem of prostate swelling.

To completely improve the symptoms of prostatitis, the blocked prostate ducts must be unblocked, so prostate cleaning becomes very important, especially for the elderly. This is the most fundamental treatment method. Only thorough prostate cleaning is the most effective treatment method.

You should also pay attention to changing your bad living habits, especially avoid sitting for long periods of time. Generally, you should get up and move around after sitting for 40 to 50 minutes. Especially when men are riding a bicycle, they must pay attention to the comfort of the seat. A bicycle seat that is too high or too hard will cause pressure on the male prostate.

Men are advised to wear loose and breathable underwear and avoid friction as much as possible. Regardless of whether men have problems such as foreskin being too long or phimosis, they should pay attention to cleaning it, especially before sex. And it is best to use clean water to clean it. It is unscientific to think that using alcohol can disinfect it better. This will cause great irritation to it, so special attention should be paid.

From the perspective of physiological hygiene, the male vulva, including the penis, scrotum, foreskin, glans, etc., also has physiological secretions and is likely to be contaminated by external factors, making it easy to suffer from urethritis, glansitis, scrotal eczema, tinea cruris, perianal inflammation, etc. Also, those with excessive foreskin or phimosis are more likely to suffer from penis foreskin diseases. Smegma generally accumulates in the annular coronal sulcus behind the glans, and is not noticed because of the foreskin covering it. Smegma can cause balanitis, ulcers on the foreskin and glans, or form stones. Repeated stimulation can also induce penile cancer.

Since the anus is not easy to clean after defecation, and many diseases such as hepatitis, dysentery, and parasitic diseases are transmitted through feces. It is an effective way for men to take a "small bath" every day to prevent diseases. However, about 30% of adults still have their foreskin completely covering the glans penis. Only when the foreskin is turned up by hand or when the penis is fully erect, the glans penis and urethra can be exposed. This situation is called prepuce. When the foreskin is too long, too tight, cannot be turned up, or still cannot expose the glans penis and urethra when erect, it is called phimosis, accounting for about 8%.

If the foreskin is too long or phimosis occurs, the sebaceous glands of the foreskin will secrete a kind of white secretion with a strange smell, which is not easy to be discharged. If it accumulates for a long time, it will become smegma. In addition, the retention of urine drops or semen will easily cause bacteria to grow, causing inflammation and itching of the glans penis and foreskin. If you don't pay attention to cleaning, in addition to causing pain during sexual intercourse and adhesion between the foreskin and the glans penis, it will also hinder the couple's sexual life and may even cause penile cancer. According to statistics, more than 90% of penile cancer is caused by too long foreskin or phimosis.
