Two sleeping positions to boost Yang Qi

1. Yang-resting posture

When practicing, first practice the Huan Yang lying exercise. You can practice it every night before going to bed. Lie down naturally on your back, relax your hip joints, bend your legs, draw your calves inward, place your soles of your feet together, and place your heels directly against your perineum. Place your palms on your lower abdomen, with your palms facing your abdomen. After getting into the right position, close your eyes, silently recite the word "Xu" in your mind, inhale through your nose, imagine the qi gathering in your lower abdomen, and then rolling to your lower back; exhale through your mouth, imagine the evil qi in your body being expelled from your body with the exhalation. Practice for half an hour every night before going to bed.

2. Hunyuan Lying

After practicing Huan Yang Wo for a month, the next higher level practice is Hun Yuan Wo. The posture is still lying on your back, with the soles of your feet facing each other, and your hands should be crossed and placed on the Baihui point on the top of your head. By practicing Huan Yang Wo and Hun Yuan Wo, you can quickly fill up your Yang energy!

If you don't go to bed before midnight (equivalent to 11pm - 1am the next day), many old Taoist doctors will say "I won't treat you anymore."
