Why do men's palms sweat?

Sweating palms is also known as hyperhidrosis of the hands. It is a relatively serious disease because it is related to the human body. In addition, growing up in subtropical areas can easily cause problems in this area. There are also family genetic factors. People often sweat on their hands due to tension and irritability. This situation requires special attention.

Palm sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis of the palms, is a common functional localized hyperhidrosis of unknown cause.

Because of the specificity of the race, young people who grow up in subtropical areas are particularly prone to this problem. The secretion of sweat glands is controlled by the sympathetic nerves, and hyperhidrosis of the hands is caused by excessive tension of the sympathetic nerves for unknown reasons, such as tension, excitement, stress or high temperatures in summer, which causes abnormal increase in sweating of the palms. Surveys show that the incidence rate of young people aged 10 to 30 is about 0.3%, regardless of gender, and the family history rate is as high as 13%.

(It is hereditary.) Most people have had hyperhidrosis of the hands since childhood, and it becomes more serious during adolescence. Patients with hyperhidrosis of the hands are healthy and normal except for the sweating of the hands. Most of them also have excessive sweating on the soles of the feet or under the armpits, and a few patients also have body odor.

Sweating in your hands is different from sweating in other parts of your body.

Other parts of the body sweat because of heat, and the hotter it is, the more you sweat.

Sweating palms are related to physical constitution, endocrine system, etc. For healthy people, even if they are sweating all over, their palms should be dry. People with sweaty hands often have cold sweat on their palms, which feel cold. Some people sweat more in winter, and their hands start to peel in spring. Sweating palms are a sign of a weak constitution. If you are also afraid of cold and your hands and feet are cold in winter, then it should be correct. Eat more warm and nourishing foods to regulate your body, and strengthen exercise to accelerate blood circulation and promote metabolism, which should have a good effect.
