Causes of lower back pain in men

Causes of lower back pain in men

Not only girls will feel waist pain. Boys will also experience waist pain if they have exercised too much recently or have any physical problems recently. In fact, boys should not think that there is no problem. The waist is actually connected to our kidneys. If it is particularly painful, we should pay attention to whether there is any problem with the body's organs. Today we will look at the causes of male waist pain and what causes it.

Low back pain is related to kidney deficiency, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar muscle fatigue, bone hyperplasia, moisture, cold, kidney stones, etc.

Low back pain is a symptom, not an independent disease. There are many causes of low back pain. Most of the causes are known, but there are still a few causes that are not yet clear.

Common causes can be summarized into four categories:

① Caused by diseases of the spinal joints and the surrounding soft tissues, such as local injuries, hemorrhage, edema, adhesions and muscle spasms caused by contusion and sprain.

② Caused by spinal cord and spinal nerve diseases, such as spinal cord tumors, myelitis, etc.

③ Caused by internal organ diseases. Tumors can cause lumbar pain, and such patients often have corresponding symptoms.

④ Caused by mental factors. For example, patients with hysteria may also complain of back pain, but there are no objective signs, or objective examinations and subjective descriptions of the disease cannot be explained by physiological anatomy and pathological knowledge. This kind of back pain is often a manifestation of hysteria.

There are two types of muscle soreness:

One is muscle soreness that occurs during exercise or immediately after exercise, which is caused by the accumulation of lactic acid, because the lactic acid content reaches its peak at this time;

The other is muscle soreness on the second or third day of exercise. This soreness is mostly caused by muscle damage; muscle soreness caused by occasional muscle fiber damage is not surprising, because the process of muscle growth is the excessive recovery process from muscle fiber destruction to recovery, but long-term or severe muscle soreness is a manifestation of overtraining and will cause great harm to the body. Ways to prevent muscle soreness include:

1. Do muscle stretching before and after fitness, focusing on static stretching.

2. The principle must be gradual. Whether it is weight-bearing or training intensity, beginners may still experience muscle soreness when exercising without weight-bearing, let alone weight-bearing. No matter how much weight you can lift, you must slowly increase it from zero intensity.

3. After fitness, supplement protein and carbohydrates to repair muscles. Once a muscle strain occurs during fitness, you can use cold and hot compresses to eliminate soreness. 1 to 2 days of cold compresses can relieve pain, followed by 1 to 2 days of hot compresses to completely eliminate pain. During this period, you can do some simple activities, such as walking and stretching exercises.

According to the above statements, we know that there are many reasons for low back pain. With so many reasons, if you want to cure it, you must find out the cause and then prescribe the right medicine. This is the correct way. Otherwise, it will be in vain. You must also have confidence and not be too depressed, as this is not good for your health.
